Refunds for Damaged Items

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery with:

• A brief description of the damage

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

• Your order number

Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we’ll gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement—your choice.

Please note:

• Refunds are only offered for items damaged during shipping.

• We’re unable to offer refunds for general dissatisfaction, incorrect use, or shipping delays beyond our control.
